AJ is a company co-founder and oversees all company operations. He is a former Michael Page Director and was responsible for launching the Real Estate and Construction practices for the firm in 2015 which went on to become the largest practice for the global firm across the United States. AJ is a decorated US Army veteran with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Ashley is company co-founder and oversees all sourcing operations for the firm. Ashley has a wealth of experience in executive and mid-level recruitment across the Real Estate & Construction industry. Prior to agency experience, she led the in-house recruitment team for a large energy company based in Houston, Texas.
